    1. Whether global free shipping or not?

    Yes! We provide free standard shipping (7-20 days) if you choose DHL is not free (4 - 6 days). When selecting your shipping method at checkout.Global coverage: Including North America (USA, Canada), Europe (France, Germany, Italy), Oceania (Australia), and Asia.

     

    2. Why my order always does not have detailed tracking information? 

    After you complete the payment, we need 1-3 days to process the order and then send it to the courier company. The courier company needs to check and record, and then arrange delivery. And due to the current global control measures to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus, shipping and tracking information may be delayed. Please understand that.

     

    3. What's the status of my order and delivery?

    You can track your order and delivery from your order. After the order is shipped, you can find the tracking information in the order details. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. The email will contain a unique package tracking number. You can log in to "My Account" to check the status of your order. Click "My Order" to view the status of your order and/or get a tracking number.

     

    4. Whether to return

    The knife will be returned and exchanged within 30 days. We are always ready to provide you with the most satisfactory solution. Note: It is a real 67-layer super Damascus steel.

     

    5. Can I change the address on my order?

     Customers can contact sale@knifever.com to change the delivery address before we ship out the order.
